    Ingredients of Dabur Vrihat Vatchintamani Ras (Each tablet 125mg contains) :

    Swarna Bhasma    15 mg

    Rajat Bhasma     10 mg

    Abhraka Bhasma    10 mg

    Lauha Bhasma    25 mg

    Pravala Bhasma     15 mg

    Mukta Bhasma    15 mg

    Rasa Sindur    35 mg

Dosage of Dabur Vrihat Vatchintamani Ras :

1 to 2 Tablets to be taken in the morning and evening with luke warm milk or as directed by the Physician.

Caution of Dabur Vrihat Vatchintamani Ras :

To be taken under Medical Supervision only.

Dietary Advise of Dabur Vrihat Vatchintamani Ras :

Oil, ghee, bathua, karela, barley, rice, wheat, warm water, urad and substances prepared with urad.

Avoid :

Curd, fish, irregular diet and sleep habits.
